If you have a problem with the elegibility of a ompetitor, file a protest as required in the blue book,

the clerk will rule on the protest

if your still not happy file another protest and the MSA stewart wil rule on that protest

If your still not happy file another protest and the MSA national court will rule , their decision will be final.

its easy realy no good moaning on here as the only way you will get an answer is through the proper procedures as laied down in the blue book.
