Do you know what your low revs were for the laps? If they were over 6000 then you could consider coming down a tooth but was tyhe 12375 just a blip? If you look at your mychron/alfano you should be able to follow the revs through the lap. If you top revs were say 11500 ish but you just hit 12375 for a second or two then it could have been wheels off the ground of something.
Four laps is not a lot to get up to full temperature and some engines just run a bit cooler than others.
Difficult to say what you should do without knowing what you normally run at.
