That's horrific, I'm surprised the lad wasn't paralysed or even killed.

It's extremely clear cut that there was a ramp effect caused by the nose cone, you can't argue with that evidence at the very least you would have to say that the nose cone is suspect to causing the kart to be launched into the air and that alone should be enough to have it made illegal for racing.

Surely if there is an element of doubt then they should rule in favour of safety not rule in favour of profit?

Can't believe that none of them were injured, what do you feed them on? ; )
