We are very new to karting and are running a zip with my 10 year old son. I have read a little bit about the 'nosecone issue' but after seeing this I for one have no hesitation in ordering the conversion 'today', not only for my boys safety but for that of others who may be unlucky enough to get scooped up by him. If this issue has been publicised so much for so long why on earth have the MSA done nothing about it, as an earlier poster quite rightly asks will it take a child to be seriously injured before they do anything. It seems to be that the MSA are in serious danger in setting themselves up for a 'BIG FALL' in todays modern society where litigation is the norm when somebody gets hurt.
