It will depend a bit on your chassis but you can loosen or remove seat stays, loosen up the side pods, loosen up the bar holding the front bumper to the chassis. Loosen up the back bumper - you can add cable ties as extra security as you don't want bits falling off.
Some people like to remove the bolt behind the engine rather than have the engine touching it.
Try and talk with some of the dads at your local club - the ones with drivers running at the front and I am sure they will give you some good pointers.
