Buy some seat padding or as said a padded shirt. It's the best thing you'll ever buy. First few times it was hard work, did my ribs in, but didn't crack them. Made sure to buy some seat padding, got som of ebay for £10 just sticks to the seat with velcro strips so you can pull it off. Driving is so much more comfortable now, i can concentrate on driving. They work so well i managed to clip the wall, and get air bourne 360' and land and it threw me around, but all that hurt was my ankle. The padding also keeps you nice and snug in your seat.
