That's just a bit of fun.
Specify your sprocket sizes, tyre circumference, ideal maximum revs and it just gives you your potential top speed.
Frankly, it's of no use to man or beast as each circuit requires different settings.
I just used it as an exercise in javascript and decided to leave it on the web site. If you race on a circuit with long straights then, I suppose, that it could be of some use (NOT).
