Many thanks to the guys and girls that run the club. Had a very good first race day. Managed to finish (but quite a bit behind everyone else) all the heats and final. Did managed to bruise my left rib in heat 1 but took a few pain killers (ok more that a few) and carried on with the pain. Had a few offs including in the practice where if found out the grip levels!!! Urm or not!
Kept well out of the way of all the other drivers but managed to let a driver who was actually behind me in the final past on the last lap as i thought he was the leader. :(

Got an ar*e kicking off my mechanic for that but it wont happen again.

Managed to knock 7 secs of my lap times through the day!! Well happy with that.

Anyway now i have to repair my ribs again before i can race again and think about buying a smaller seat and another rib protecter. :(
