The Blue and Gold books may only ne `rules' rather than `laws' but there is a section headed `Judicial' with sub-sections headed `The Machinery of Justice' and `The National Court'
With all this, it is easy to understand why `illegal' and `legal' are used on the forum. Much easier to ask if someone had an illegal clutch than one that did not comply with the technical regulations,
Having said that, I find the incorrect use of `there' and `their' irksome but maybe that is just a sign of advancing years!
