I doubt if you would get a special disposition so the choice will be super cadet or practice with junior.
The big problem with super cadet is that there will not be a national series unless someone arranges a touring series that is not called a championship.
Otherwise it will all depend if there are enough entrants in the new class to make it worth your local club adding a class to what is probably already a full schedule.
