It's not the CIK, the MSA pick and choose what they want to use. Like BS6658 Type A helmets that are still legal to race at International World or European level until 2013, yet not in a UK club race.

The tuteur licence in France has worked very well......at destroying the numbers coming into the sport. A licence for a 10 year old is 130€ and the parent must also have a tuteurs licence which is another 62€. In principle anyone else who goes onto the grid needs a mechanics licence that costs another 10€.
