At the moment the minimum age for junior tkm and minimax is 11th birthday and both may go to year of 12th birthday from 01.01.11.
The minimum weight in the gold book for junior tkm is 120kg and kart to weigh no more than 90kg.
If your driver is 28kg then he needs 2kg for junior tkm and 3kg for minimax.
Not really a lot in it if minimax is your preferred option.
