Maybe it is just the Rotax Vega tyres that are so variable. Andy Cox also runs the Easykart series and they use Vega tyres but no one has complained about variable quality.
Maybe when they remove the oils they can change the compound or whatever and produce good consistent tyres. Certainly appears that they have managed to do so for the new class but makes you wonder why the Rotax tyres have not been sorted out by now.
