Hi Dave. if you still have the helmet it would be interesting to see it. If you can let me have it I will replace it. The supplier should have replaced the helmet there and then or agreed to send a replacement helmet if they had a no stock with them.
As I said in my first post there has only been one helmet returned with a crack which had been dropped but obviously faults can occur in the production of any product on hopefully rare occaisions so any reputable supplier should replace such an item without question.
