thanks HC64, takes ages to go round all the helmet though, makes it difficult to paint afterwards too...

Never thought about photoshop but like you say, a bit complicated.
There was some simple software on the Jenson Button web last year to design a helmet for him and I was hoping there might be summat similar kicking around but hey ho
