From 01.01.2011 the CMR will be compulsory for all cadets - not under 12s.
I checked this out with John Ryan's department at the MSA a few days ago after seeing the `clarification' in the Newsworty section of Karting Magazine.
Not sure if a decision has been made for the Super cadet class yet.
Then from 01.01.2013 all under 15s will have to wear them.
