Squeezing the 'bleeder' bottle is the same as putting a bit of pressure in the system however, without squeezing, the fluid should still flow quite readily.
Go about this methodically and check each part in turn:
Take the pipe(s) off the caliper and see if fluid flows through OK - if it doesn't, you have a problem with either the MC or the pipes - it's highly unlikely to be the pipes so I would look to strip and clean the MC. If it flows OK, reconnect to the caliper and start bleeding again. If fluid only drips through, there is a prob with the caliper so strip, clean and blast with air. If fluid flows through the caliper OK, look at the pads and change them for a set that you know is good.
One test that you can do is to see if you can lock the back axle just by holding the brake pedal with your hand - if someone can still turn the axle while you apply pressure to the brake pedal by hand, there is a problem but if they can't, it would appear the brake pressure is OK and again, I would be looking at the pads.
Are yuo topping the fluid up before refitting the bolt in the MC?
