Got a voicemail from the MSA licence dept last week as there was a problem with one of my licence renewals not arriving at their end. Anyway gave them a call today, they could'nt have been more helpful - 5 minutes on the phone and all was sorted, and ten minutes later I looked on the MSA online licence status and they had been issued and dispatched.

Have to say thankyou and well done - a few years back I was among the critics when they had that major fiasco (IT related I expect...), theyve really got their act together on the licence front, and are a long way from the 'bunch of old men in sports jackets' that some luddites persist in viewing them as.
