not sure about the arrows on the EVR ,but with any caster adjustment pills moving the centre of top pill backwards and the bottom forward increases the caster ,and vice versa top forward and bottom back reduces caster, standard caster will be with the pills set half way ,this will also give positive or negative camber depending which way you set the pills.best way to see the effects is to remove the allen bolts and loosen the kingpin and rotate the pills and watch the effect on caster camber etc.if your front tyres are wearing rapidly on their inside edges and your tracking is ok ,you are probably running excessive negative camber.best to start with slight positive camber and check tyre wear and adjust to suit.with caster if your steering is heavy and the kart is twitchy and oversteering on turn in reduce the caster, where as if your kart is reluctant to turn in ,increase the caster.
