Consider one of these trolleys.

It has the facility for carrying spare wheels, kart junk underneath and you can scoot it too down the pit lane too. Very manoeverable. I realise it has not got the four wheels you require but as has been stated, four wheels are very awkward. No doubt someone will post saying trolleys make no difference to performance.
