Just be patient and give the seller sufficient time to contact you. Remember it is the weekend so the seller could be away on a race weekend.

If the seller doesn't offer you an acceptable solution then contact Paypal, but this really should be a last resort as most sellers will normally come to a compromise. If it's a private seller (non business) then you might find it hard work coming to a compromise but it depends on the individuals morals.
