Hi

Hold the stub in a vice with some soft jaws

Get a punch, or a piece of 6mm silver steel also works well.

You need to get the punch edge onto the edge of the bearing (were the bolt go's through) and tap tap tap, then tap tap tap on the opposite edge, you should see the bearing moving.

If the stub bearings have a spacer in between its a bit more tricky to get onto the edge but its possible, you should be able to move the spacer enough to get onto a edge.

The punch edge needs to have a nice sharp edge.

I guess yo could use a screw driver buts its not nice pratice!
