my point is that that yes you have to have one, for safety , I take mine to every meeting and sits by my awning for that fateful day i have a fire, but Never have i been asked to prove i have one, FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS I would like to see clubs check you have one! I bet if you went around the paddock you will find one person who ain't got one! we get checked that our Karts are safe! BUT at least i can sleep at night knowing i have mine, Another thing i would like to see done, is asking people if they actually know how to use it right. trying to put out a fire is scaring in its own right and knowing how to do it right is invaluable.
