Warden law is a great track and I'm sure ther meetings will be very well run. There is nothing wrong with it being a non-msa race - your lad is just starting out and the important thing is having fun, track time and learning race craft.
Don't confuse non-msa with a few straw bales dropped on a car park etc. Warden Law has hosted rounds of national championships - you won't be disappointed in the track/facilities.
