I see, so the idea is to give more power to the CoCs at race meetings to dish out more appropriate punishments? Good idea i guess!

Sorry, the reason i asked is because i didn't fully understand the press release, so many thanks for clarification!

But what about those serious incidednts where points and bans were useful? Will they still have a way of tracking repeat offenders across a season?
