You need to read the rules that show how they will select the winner. If it is just on track performance then it would have to be very genuine. Once other factors such as personality or media presentation come into it then there would be more scope for a `pre-selected' winner but I would guess that most are genuine offers. Someone with previous experience of the team/series ight have some advantage.
