Still, if its sold as a tkm chassis and doesn't do the job to a reasonable standard then take them to court over it.

Also get together with other who have had the problem and get them involved (google the problem and you'll find the posts about this problem last year)

Also u could contact bbc's watchdog, they might run a story with it, and they will bring it to wider attention about the chassis "defect". And maybe force the company owner out of cover.
