certinly all major pertol stations ie BP esso shell tesco et al usualy get 3 maybe 4 deliveries a week smaller mor rural garages a delivery every 10 days or so but there fuel is as fresh as any other because in europe ( were part of europe) all petrol stations have to have vapour recovery stage 1 complient tanks (un the uk we also have to have stage II compliant pumps this ensures that no vapour escapes to atmosphere and polutes the enviroment so the fuel cannot evaporate whilst it is sitting in the underground tanks as they are sealed
