From the original post it seems that the accident happened on lap 15 and the race result was based on positions at the end of the previous full lap i.e. 14.
Does anyone know what constitutes a full lap? If it is when the leader crosses the line then it looks from the video as if the race was stopped on lap 16. this idea is partly supported by the video which shows drivers passing the accident under red flags whereas I would have expected them to be stopped before the incident.
Just wondering when the race is deemed to have been stopped - at the time of the accident or when the red flags are shown? Obviously it mkes no difference to this race as the results are final.
