Should have mentioned my son is racing a TKM 4 at 140kg.
We had the tyres pressure at 18psi. The tyres when my son came in from a run looked like they were over heating, but
they were cold to the touch. They seemed to be falling apart. Then in the third heat one of the rear tyres blew out, and
shoved him in the wall. Had the tyre looked at and it was the tyre mans opinon that it was a manufactoring fault for the
failure.
I trust that companies are still not selling 09 stock? Has anyone else had this problem of no grip. We are doing the
Festival this year and if we can not sort this out and it rains we are going to be out on track without a paddle.
