So, in one breath you blame CIK kerbing which is under the MSA umbrella and then recommend non MSA racing to me. Why not channel your efforts into getting the kerbs removed if you believe them to be a problem. Or, go non MSA, where the kerbs are not CIK. You see, it works both ways. It would only harm karting further if every chassis was required to have a thicker axle fitted. But, after all that is what they want, to be rid of karting.
