The time to make comments on new regulations is when they are out for consultation. I understand there were only 2 comments formally made about the new class structure, me on behalf of ABkC, and one other. Next to come up will be the consultation on the new championship structure for 2013, so keep looking on www.msauk.org and make your comments then, not when it comes into being.
