The Intrepid Speedy/JKH Cobalt is /was MSA approved last year mainly for the try a drive MSA project, they are listed in last years Orange book on the Cadet homologation page..

Cable and hydraulic brake versions are available ex stock from dealer ,and suit Honda or Comer,finished in Cobalt Blue,with black bodywork,adjustable footrest etc and alloy wheels recommended Ł1695 plus vat I believe.
