ICA isn't a gearbox class so it would end up with rotax (closest in terms of pace). Depending of if its air cooled or not they may get freaky about the noise. I don't know what Kimboltons license requirement is but an International Race license is not a Kart license and as they haven't sorted the transition out between the two yet they may have an issue with that.

Just check with the club.
