I think you find that on some the paint flakes off the yokes anyway without ever being on the Jig. some are just powder coated better than others.

Also Mini max tend to have to use brackets on the seat as they are too small (or a lot of small spacers to bridge the gap between the seat and the top of the seat support). so that puts stress on the top of the seat mounts as the load is more concentrated.

Theres 2 year old tonykarts still winning. don't worry they are not as bad as people make out.

Any chassis that has had a big crash is never the same again.

The OTK is a good quality kart and if looked after will last.

theres good mini max Jnr max and 177/snr otks. theres also some dogs out there. Theres a lot of choice so just buy what you trust.
