Bob the new motor can/has have a tag starter, it is used in the U.S. and in Europe it also uses a restrictor. The Mills aren't stupid they are forward thinking, I'd guess this is all part of a plan and I bet that the seed has already been planted with MSA knowing that super cadet was on the bones of its backside.
If I were a gambling man I bet the MSA make an amendment to the super cadet homologation by adding a 7th engine the Parilla gazell with the tag option.
