Clubs should take a look at the way club 100 do things. Its a bit of a dictatorship and mistakes are made but its makes drivers especially careful. They even put cones on kerbs to stop kerb riding, hit a kerb get a 10 seconds stop go penalty.

Maybe not all applicable but some could be applied.
