Paint it green and call it a Toni Cart (notice the spelling change) and it will sell.

A few years a go Tonykart tried tubing which changed from 32mm to 30mm without a weld which was interesting. Maranello are the only people who tried anything and i wonder if that was CRG (maranello parent company) trying something out with some students.

It seems that whenever an engineer with any decent modelling knowledge is let loose near a kart company they invariably design something with too much front end for anything other then driving around the tracks they test at with massive grip levels. Probably because of their baselining.

I've also suspected a kart is difficult to model because the tyre is so dominant in its handling that Pajecka (spelling?) isn't flexible enough to cover it. Most cars are analysed using a consistent tyre compound and grip level which makes the modelling easy. Karts are not so easy. As soon as tire wear gets short or grips levels change considerable over a day it makes it very difficult. Look how long it took F1 teams to get the hang of pirelli's and they are throwing millions at modelling/simulation work.
