The Douglas LV rims are the ones with the ribbed spokes. There are other Douglas rims that are black coloured; the std Douglas 'mags' which have curved spoke inside and also the SE's which are not spoked - more solid. The SE's are supposed to be 'very similar' (copy would not be a good word to use legally) to the OTK MXC full mags. In reality most find the SE's work well at half way between the full mag OTK MXC (for which it needs to be very hot or very grippy to benifit from in this country) and the half mags such as OTK MXP's. In terms of 'mag' you could describe the SE's as 3/4 mag, but they are marketed as full mag. I think the LV are half mag. Not sure on the std Doug mags - possibly half mag. To use the LV half mag would be better than full mag anyway.
