A track temperature sensor that measures track temperature throughout the race. Aswell as sector times for the lap you could have sector track temp for the lap. One for the tyres would be good aswell along with an air temp sensor.

The best unit would be a standard lap timer unit that you can then buy what sensors you want/need and plug them in. Wireless upload would be handy aswell.
