It's nothing to do with sour grapes. I don't for a minute dispute that running in a GOOD team is anything other than beneficial but I don't see why cadets should be different to the other classes when it comes to deliberately loading and firing. As for dreaming big, the chances are approximately equal to zero of getting from cadets to F1 regardless of the Hemilton case study. May as well "invest" the money I spend each month karting on lottery tickets (again no realistic chance of winning big) I have the funds to run with a big team or buy a large motorhome but, and here's the point, this is a childs hobby not a career path and if I wanted him to get smashed up I'd choose a more appropriate way to spend our time at weekends. Wanting to win is fine, and a worthy pursuit, but not at the cost of deliberate infringements which amount to an avoidable safety concern leading to annoying expense and (potentially serious) injuries. Last time I watched F1 I don't recall Hamilton loading and firing anyone but his desire to win is still there no?
