I don't think you need to worry too much about this. People in karting soon get to know who's who and what's what.

Off course if both teams went on a major marketing and advertising drive nationally then there would be confusion and it would just be a waste of money.

The good thing is Vision is not a word that could be trade marked by anbody so you don't have to worry about someone coming along and stopping you use the name.

It's a bit like the word "Excel". It's used in company names across all sectors but even Microsoft who use it for one of their leading products can't stop anyone else using it.
