Get him a cadet kart dan y, get him down to Hooton but not on a race weekend and put him out with the bambinos, it's a great place to start out even if you put him out with the cadet on general testing day he will be ok there's loads of kids/newbies like you lad the older kids will give him plenty of space.

One very important thing... When he drives onto the track get him to stop look ensure nothing is coming then enter the circuit or alternativly get him to stop and you tell him when to GO!

Because we have all seen it happen, very dangerous and very expensive.
