I did not mention any engine builders , my point was that there are illegal engines out there and some people do not even realise yet, it was not to have a go at the builder.
yes I did get all the proof,
the second opinion was free and was told it was not worth spending the money on it to put it right so got my money back on the new engine,have not asked what the other chap did about his two engines
I do not wish to name names as hopefully they learned a lesson from this and they now build by the rules.
although this whole episode was a real eye opener for us as to Honda engines and was a major deciding factor in why we switched to Iame
