4 clubs have agreed to run rounds. Application for permission to run a championship has been sent to the MSA. Tal-Ko and Formula TKM have sanctioned the championship and agreed to support it.

So I can't commit to "absolutely", because the MSA might find some reason not to grant a championship license, but I think it's unlikely. Hopefully more conclusive news soon, but I can't see much stopping it now.
