I'd go Junior TKM. Your lad may already be over the class weight limit, and it'll only get worse as he grows. Also you'll invest money and time in a class that you won't be in for too long if you go Cadet.

The speed difference between Cadet and JTKM is noticeable, but not so much as to be dangerous to a beginner, and he does already have some experience. Gear is priced very reasonably, and running costs are much lower than Rotax. If you want to have fun racing at an affordable price, it's the class to be in.

We've just moved up this year, and my lad is 11 as well.
