Take out one of the pins and measure the hole in the chassis that it fits in, it will be slightly larger than the pin diameter. You can use a steel, or even a school plastic rule, as the difference between 8 & 10mm is easy to measure: about 1/8th of an inch in "old money".
Good idea to buy one of the many digital calipers available these days, they are fairly inexpensive and accurate enough for most purposes.
