There seems to be plenty talk of drivers breaking the rules regarding the use of kerbs and leaving the track in doing so, no where does it say that is the case or isn't the case as far as the kart regulation are concerned, car regulation suggest you can use them, so until such a time as it is clarified no offence is being committed, the white line only defines the edge of the track and is part of the track, exception on a corner where there is a kerb, I think in leaving the track they are referencing on a straight or the entry into a corner where no kerb exists on the outside such as at pfi on the corner by the scoreboard where everyone crosses the line to get a better turn in, or that's my understanding.
