I am not sure that is a fair point. In 15 years of MSA racing, I have picked up 2 endorsments/warnings/points whatever you want to call it. In those 15 years there were quite a few seasons of racing 3 weekends a month. Racing more often doesn't increase your chances of getting in trouble - driving like a tool does. And if you are getting multiple penalties for incidents that "are not your fault", then perhaps it's time to take a step back and re-evaluate things, because clearly you are doing something wrong to attract that much attention/trouble. MSA has got this right, let's not slate one of the only things they have done correctly.
