Apologies if I have missed this, but has someone inferred that the day licence competitors will NOT have to adhere to MSA eligibility (ie compliant equipment and apparel)?

I thought the idea was good but somewhere along the lines it seems that it's gone from allowing individuals to attend an MSA meeting to someone turning up,with a dangerous kart and out of date kit?

As I say apologies if I've missed where it says that anything is eligible.
